My Samsung washing machine is been down from Feb 5th. I have registered a complaint with their call centre 6th Feb. An engg came to check the problem and stated that there is a part problem, hence i will have to register a complaint again in call centre for him to attend the same. Their call centre nos dont go thru normally, i have to hold the line for atleast 45 mins to get the connection, which i did and got them online; i was told that by them that i dont need to register again, they will work based on the first complaint itself and will send the engg. since then i have not either heard from them nor anyone has attended to that problem. I have called the call centre atleast 10 times in the last one month, everytime i have the same answer, some one will call me / attend to it in next 6-8 hours, dont worry. i have an issue with this washing machine, not been able to use it, since its not rectified. Pls help me sort this problem.
