We bought three Ac from Mr AsgarAli who was referred to us by our architect Ms Anita Pal for doing the air conditioning work in our house which we were getting constructed that is house no 1A block A sector 61. He inspected the whole house and agreed todo the concealed ducting and wiring for 8ACs. He gave us the estimate of Rs 85000/ which we made. Then since we were short of funds we installed only 3 concealed 2 ton Acs in our bedrooms. Rest of the Acs we decided to do later.
We had called him to give his expert advice and opinion and to do the best of jobs.
But he has failed to do an expert job.
1.Since the time we gave him the contract he never visited the site and never informed us that the ducting is too long, Acs will not be able to cope up.
2.Since the ducting is long and substandard gas keeps on leaking every now and then.
3. He has used substandard Chinese wires to do the internal wiring which keeps on buring now and then.
4.the site of the outdoor unit was not chosen correctly so all the hot air is not thrown out.
5.we called the Hitachi people for inspection and they have said there is nothing wrong with Acs the while installation is faulty.
6. The whole process was started in 2008 when house was being built.
7. Acs were installed in April
8.we shifted in this house in July.
9.since the the nightmare started.
10. The 2 outdoor units were reinstalled but in vain
11. We have been calling Mr. AsgarAli every now and then .he sends a couple of his workers who are unable to find a solution.
12.present scene is to redo the ducting, wiring and relocate the Acs
13. We have spent 85000/ 150000 50000/ that is 285000/ till now also the mental agony we are undergoing everyday.
Compensation needs to be given,
Some action needs to be taken.
Kindly look into the matter and I think some legal action needs to be taken.
