My CID 1928341411 and product no RPB0500919750 An order was placed for battery vide S10/MUM/2336-0090/01 dt 9th June'10. First complaint no C102320252 dt 18/06/10 On 19th I get a SMS stating it is attended! Second C102333818 was lodged on 21st. Still no response.
