My complain no C113055100 registered with pureit has not been attended since 06 Jan.whereas company is promising customer service with 24 hrs. their response toward the complain is not at all satisfactory. this is not my first experiance with this company earlier also i had logged a complain of water leakage that was solved after 06-07 days by calling time an again.this time also i have called their customer service center more that 10-15 times and talked with their senior executives but still i have not been provided service.i feel they are insulting the customers right.

please do the needful help.
