Hello this is pankaj from uttarakhand India iam a resident of Halduchaur 1Km away from Lalkuan railways station. Iam custour of Airtel prepaid my no is 9997683477. Well i have been custmour of this cell company from 3 years with no problems but from last 3 months i was suffering from very bad signal quality i complained about this thing for about 3 times, they told me that some networking is going on and it will be alright in 7 to 8 days, sometimes they send me sms from their no 121 but i found no improvement, as they gave me 15-sep-09 as problem solving date but when i called in their so called cust care one of the gentelmen told me no such work is going on. I was so frustated since then they haven't gave me a call. They just befooled me now iam planning to change my connection.
