New battery not getting

I submitted a complaint to Nokia for replacement of BL5C Battery 18th August. On 7th Oct I got SMS from Nokia that You replace the battery at nearest nokia customer care. But they are saying that we have no spare batteries. till date, I have not getting the replacement from Nokia customer care.
