Delivering a purifier of 2008 model in october

We have ordered a water purifier (PUREit) in october and after a month the puifier battery meter goes red and on registering a complaint one of a person from the company comes and told us that your vender has given you a back date (i, e 2008 model) purifier and then after giving some commitment he leave.

now after 3 months nobody has come us to see or notice our complaint..
