Hi Iam A.PRAMOD..My no.is 9043497643 .I am, using pureit for the last 2yrs. last month i ordered new battery kit. After replacing the battery kit my pureit have a leakage in bottom. Several times we complained in the customer care, and they send a person from (V care service centre..ANNANAGAR) to rectify it. They told that a washer needed and there is no stock of the washer in their service center. we again called them for the service and the customer care not taking the complaints also.
