We should all see the way customers are dealt in Hindware.
I logged a complaint and with in 24 hours person was at my door and ensured that problem which I had been facing in my concealed tanks for years together is resolved in just 39 min.(I logged it)
Instead of logging only complaints I would suggest to use this forum even for appreciations.
