FLUSHVALVE NOT WORKING

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

This is GOAPL KRISHAN JUNEJA from delhi... i had purchased an ENGLISH POT last year by KAILASH HARDWARE, KARNAL... But the FLUSHVALVE is not working since last two weeks, we tried to contact the dealer, but no action is taken by him so far...

We expect you to be helpful enough as you are running a sooo big and successful company of hardware...
