I bought a hitachi ac quadricool tm on th 4th of april from neha electronics, mayur vihar phase 1, unlike what it claimed to be thge ac is very noisy, i immediately complained about the noise. the techs same and pottered around for sometime, but the problem remained. when i started using it this year in april i have already filed three complaints regarding noise but nothing so far. the tech support seems arrogant and uninformed and hell bent on proving that there is no noise. i wonder what action i can take next
