This is to inform you that I have purchased a split type AC (model no 10EQD) on 07/04 from Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd vide bill no GC-1022 dated 07/04. Retail branch at 110, Raja S.C. Mullick Road, Kolkata 700047.
On 24th May at round 17:00 hrs The machine started showing error, red light blinking. The unit stop functioning When tried to contact Hitachi service center 03324544073/4074They directed me to contact Khosla Electronices.(I don't know why?) which could not be contacted because of no response.

At around 16:00 a service mechanic visited my house, Mr. Dibendu Das who could not recognized the set. His version, its a new machine and he is not aware of the system, could not find the fault and tried to contact MR. Asok dey (head of the mechanic) when sought for help. His advice was to check the motor and the circuit which Mr. Dibendu was not aware of. Finally my machine was left unattended back with out any solution.
