I, Rahul Punse requesting you for the replacment of handset, Details as below

COMPLAINT :

Purchased on Sept.08 from J.M.Road, Pune

Given to service centre: Akshay care, F.C.Road, Pune

Given to care centre : 5 times

3 times nokia care & 2 times has been sent to Nokia Company by Akshay Care

Status :- Not satisfied, not able to use the handset.

last time akshay care return me the handsets by stating it is liquid damage, not repairable

My Concerned :&- within last ten months of span my handsets given to Akshay Care, (nokia centre) 5 times. Its tooks approx 15 days to get return back to me each time . last time I have recd. the same after 18-19 days (After my enquiary) by giving above statment.

Its gives mental haarashments to me as my total worked based on communication, I have to borrow the handset from other.

After 4th complaints Akshay care refused me for the replacement of handset,

5th Complaints :&--handset nos. Key, nevigation key not working properly... I hv demand to akshay care executive for replacement, they said once again we will forwared the handset to company for repair purpose... after my follow up on I hv come to know that handset is ready, when I visit to centre, executive told me that it is liquid damage & not repairable...

Why this is so??? on 4th time I request for replacment & next time they are giving such statment which is not acceptable... Five times giving a handset for repairing within the ten months of span, it is self explaintary that handsets is defective...

Requesting replacement of handset & please dont give me reson that liquid damage not comes under warrunty...

On 3rd & 4th time I have requested to your care exe. for the replacement of device which hasbeen denied by your exec.by stating that "Kuch nahi hota, Zarurat nahi hai, tik ho jayega..."

And now after 5th time you are giving such statment which is not acceptable by me...

You have to find out some other solution for it as my money is not for charity...

I have purchace this device of approx. Rs.7800 /- & now I am using others mobile which I have to borrowed from them...
