Defective piece of Home Power Laundry Hanger supplied. Box No. / Docket No. is 43912809095142. Order No. was 20101226006278 dt. 27th December. Delivery was affected on 30th December. I stared assembling on 3rd Jan since I was out of Mumbai from 31st Dec to 2nd January. I lodged complaint on 3rd Jan & I was assured of replacement within 5 working days. On taking up on 8th Jan, and even after talking to Mr. Ravi Kaushal Team Leader, there is no commitment of replacement of defective piece. Th person calling back on behalf said that the delay is due to technical reasons. But no commitment of time period was given. Again I had a talk today with Mr. Kishore Team Leader & he said that he will revert on 10th Jan. Ms. Shalu again called up about 30 minutes back & has again said that the replacement product will be delivered within the next 5 working days.
