Wrong product features and refund delay

Respected Sir/Madom,

Here I purchased one Olympus fe26 12 MP Digital Camera from HomeShop18. I come to know about this product on website www.homeshop18.com. According to their product specification there is voice recording feature is available in this model of Digital But when I ordered and received it I found there is no such voice recording feature is available. I immediatly informed to Homeshop18 help desk no. 18601800918 but they are not ready to believe on it, they are only telling to check the mannual. I also confirmed it from the olympus Service centre but then also they (homeshop18) are not properly responding to solve my problem. After so many followups they given me Request no. 2225526 on 27th oct.2009 and after that lots of time I called to them but everytime they were only telling me that this product has voice recording feature. I told them to check the same product from their side but they are not ready to check it. at the end I called for refund and as per their instruction sent it by their TNT courier on 17th Nov. from that day I calling them for feedbakc or status of my request. Their every excutive giving different-different answer that call after 2 days it will take 48 hours or it will take 10 working days or 15 working days and now telling 20 days. Today on 30th Nov.2009 when I called them to check status, the replied that still they have no update from their vendor.

1) From more then 1 month they have no update about my complain.

2) Their excutives are not helpful to understand and to solve customer's problem.

3) Still they were showing wrong add of this product and misguiding to general

public.

4) They were not accepting their mistakes, they have no proper updates and

taking too much long time for any process.

5) For selling product they were calling without fail but when customer facing

problem with their product they never responding properly.

6) Still I waiting for my refund.
