i orderred for ele tandur and paid rs 2990 to homeshop18 on 12 july

w.r. t above order, i got a mail on 16july stating that your order has been dispatched vide awb no del103269242 thorough logistic partner and get within 2 -3 days,

Not receiving ordered item in time, i called 3 times to Cs and my requests were taken and told me that they have updated

i also trek my consignment to professional courier but it was found that they have not received such item from Homeshop18

, I called regional office gujarat of the courier agency, they told they have not received

there is no call back from hoimeshop18 in reply to my calls

kindly return my money, experiencing such worst and unattended behavior from Homeshop18, i intend to publish my feeling to here in gujaarat vide local news papers

so let me inform actual position of order
