Product Not receiving the Vendo

I have booked a Sigmatel Mobile Phone S-500 through HomeShop18. The Product I have received on 02.03.2010. But the mobile phone not switching On. In this matter I had complained to homeshop18 so many times. 3 days back The home shop Customer Care Executive said that, send the product to Vendor Address and you will get the refund. But Vendor refused to receive the product and returned to me. Again HOmeshop18 Customer Care Executive told me resend the product to vendor address. I have sent the product on Marh'15th and again the vendor Alfa Radio refused to receive the product. Again Homeshop18 Customer Care Executive given an another address of Homeshop Ware house, but the staff asking for Open Delivery of the Product. Now the product returning back to me..
