We have purchase mobile on 14/7, model no. ANYCOOLD66PLUS and Invoice no. 389100761, from your Hot Spot Branch at Shop No. 3, Silver Plaza Complex, Anand Mahal Road, Adajan, Surat.
Due to some technical problem, I given Mobile to Adajan Branch for Repairing on 20/11. After some days we made inquiry for mobile, but we received answer that no technician was in service centre at Chowk Bazar Service Station, beacause he left the Job.
Thereafter, new technician give me Job Sheet on 12/12. We frequently ask for repaired mobile, but they give answer that no spare was available or sometimes they tell within few days you will get mobile, but I had not received mobile till 4/2,
On 4/2, I received mobile but when I use it, same problem was existed.
So, I give back that mobile again at Chowk Bazar Service Station on 5/2 and got Job Sheet. Thereafter whenever I ask for mobile, they told me that they will extend limit of warranty whenever they return me.
They try return me my mobile on 4/4, but when I ask for written letter of Extended Warranty, they told me that we have updated it in Computer and we haven't authority to give you this type of warranty in written and told me to mail you if I want warranty in written. So I denied to take mobile without warranty letter. Thereafter when you replied me that you will extend warranty, I went to take Mobile. At that time Mobile was not repaired. So I gave them back to repair it.
And they gave me mobile after repair on 29/05. When I check mobile, previous problem were solved, but new problem of Bluetooth arises. Bluetooth is not working.
So I felt harrashment withhis services, I spent lot of time and energy for mobile. I feel mental harrashment.
So please replace new mobile or give credit note so that I can purchase new mobile.
Please do necessary and urgently.
