Dear sir
as i have purchased the mobile in last year i.e., on june and the hotspot showroom have forced to pay me 300 rupee for hotspot insurance extra. As that bill notifies that any problem regarding that phone may return a your half of that price purchased of that mobile. and i am facing the 2nd time with that phone.
1st time they took 3 months to complete my phone repair.and second time again there was a problem and submitted them my phone. But they are avoiding me to talk when i call them.if i go to showroom they are responding by telling that it may take one more day to get your money. but i am annoyed of them.i am wasting my time for them daily by calling them.
voilation given by them is If there is no submission of phone to customer that they have to pay daily on average of rupee 100/- after 14 days of submitting my phone to them
