Mobile1200 faulty

I purchase 1200 on date 19.09.2008. Since problem of mob.is that mob switch on switch of reguraly. I give it to nokiacare many times in ghatkopar east.but problem remain same.now in this prosess warranty expired .what should i do now. They wont replace my phone.now i give it back to nokiacare.then send it to delhi.
