Hi

It is very disheartening to learn that my first experience with HTC has been painstaking. I paid 16k to buy HTC ChaCha 2 months back just to get a response from the service centre that my phone PCB is damaged. My previous phone (Sony Smart Phone) did not give me a chance to visit a service centre and still worked for last 1 hour till I purchased HTC.

I am losing business / work just because it can’t be repaired in a day and cannot be replaced with a new one as well. This is what I shall have to recommend to other people? Pls get my phone replaced as the last thing I need from HTC (service request# P8S11120500009)
