I lost my HTC p3400i worth 10000/-.
I contacted the company they said cannot do anything regarding this. I have the bill and IMEI no., they said they cant even block the handset, tracking is far thing. They just asked me to file FIR, which i did. Police asked me to contact the company. Every time company gives the same response. I need help regarding this.
