I bought HTC one V on 22/5 with IMEI 351816058281613 . Within two days phone rebooted by its own and got heated while charging. So, on 26 /5 I visited the service centre with the same problem .on 5/06 same problem of heating up of the phone increases and again I visited the service centre and requested for the DOA . THE. HTC executive at the service centre took the phone and handed over the receipt with the ticket number 12INA240001502 and Job number DEL 008- 0000016 and on the same day I registered the complaint with the HTC support centre and I am in regular interaction with them and till 13/05 which is a week. Your hHTC centre told that the acceleration of this matter has already been done and they had not received the confirmation of the. DOA from the higher authority. I took the phone back on 14/5 with the same condition as it was on 6 /5 . The same problem of heating of the phone is still occurring. I am really fed up with HTC product and the services provided by you all.
Now what assistance shall I get from HTC .
