I had ordered for a HTC-OZONE, Verizon mobile through order no.113443011with sub order number 4318711and the same has been delivered to me through ARAMEX vide no 6182706891. When i went through the settings that i nned to change all the numbers to 91 and the same couldnt be done. When i went to my service provider to set the internet on my mobile i was told that this mobile doesnt have the compatiablity. I went to one of your authorized service agent at k.k.nagar, chennai, he was in no mood to oblige and sent us back ruthlessly. I dont know what to do? It has been a month and a half since i bought this mobile and i havent yet started using it. Please tell me what should i do?
