I had ordered an Phone VoxV7Mobile on 20/04. Got the mobile delivered on 26/04. The phone came in an regular carton. It was wrapped in thermacol. The box of the phone was not sealed. The phone already has scratches over it. It has details of calls made from it. It has even messages in the inbox. I want a new a phone or money back. The cost of the phone is 1799. Paid by credit card.
