Nokia 5233
Mobile is getting Hang so much

I purchased new nokia 5233 white color before a month but it is getting so hang from the 5th day of purchase. I go to nokia care in nagpur they said that its problem of software they reinstall the software but still it is geting hanged.during the call duration it gets hang.

Please tell me what to do?? i am in problem as my most of work is on moblie.

i have seen that in many nokia models thier is hang problem.
