Defective & incomplete part Received

I have purchased a mobile from Naaptol my order numer was 1028008. But at the time of delivery i have received only mobile set without free gift as committed at the time of order. Also mobile phone not working Properly Torch is not operated. Incoming Call Voice is very Low. SDCard Slot not working. Keypad operate very Slowely.

Please help me in this regard, I tottaly helpless.
