The worst service one can expect from Eureka forbes (Aquagurad). Instead of getting carried away by brand name you can approach any other RO water purifier manufacturer who fixes up the same kind of apparatus for 6000 to 7000 rupees with a better service

The RO Membrane/Candle has been taken to be cleansed with acid. While picking up the part for service the Service staff asked for a 2 day time. Similarly three persons came in tandem but failed to fix it properly It has been 15 days since and there is no responsible answer from the service centre. Whenever I call them up they say they will fix it the same day and ultimately no one turns up. Till now I am buying water from a far away store.

Salesmen never disclose the fact that you have to spend 3500 rupees yearly to get the salt deposited membrane replaced.(Even though I am ready to spend i feel embarassed by this kind of hiding facts)
