Change of plan
Plan not changed

I had asked for a change of plan which was to be done from the next billing cycle but till date no step was taken for doing the same... Why are we being madea fool of by the vodafone customer care delhi..Is this how you treat the customers and now they inform me that it can be done in the next billing cycle only.
