SAMSANG make handset star model

I have booked handset (Mobile phone) SAMSUNG make star model on 12/10/09 and paid the same by credit card. My booking ID is 110044088. But I have not received the same yet. I am not getting any reply on customer care number also.

Please check and inform the delivery status of the same immediately.
