I Tijo mathew thomas submitted my mobile phone (sony ericsson w580) to santamaria communications thiruvalla (sony ericsson care) due to the charger pin complaint on 9/11/09. but after that the workers in that office seems to avoid my calls and if accendently takes it disconnects it or makes some kind of excuse. 2 weeks passed and still no response from them . please help.
