Mobile call disturbances

My mobile no: is 9891727484.i have repeatedly requested to the Service providers to Stop the unwanted calls.

At last on feb 8th custemer care told me to wait for 45days, the disturbing calls continued. On 3rd march i requested through the internet and they replied to wait for 77 hours

but still am being disturbed every now and then

I would like to know what am i Suppose to do now
