Dear Sir,

I have lost my mobile phone having idea sim No.09594585847

My Name is Rajish kumar. D

My Fathers name is N.Devarajan.

My address proof is relianse electricity bill of mathai geevarghese, Room No.10, Chal No.11, Mahatma phule nagar, Lokhandemarg

I want to block the sim so that no one illegally uses it.and want to continue the same no.

What can i do for that? My current location is Sivaji Park, Dadar
