I PURCHASED A IFB (SERENA 5.5 KG) WASHING MACHINE ON 2ND OCTOBER. ON DELIVERY IT WAS FOUND THAT THE DRUM IS TOTALLY BROKEN IN TRANSIT. I STRUGGLED A LOT TO GET IT REPLACED. ON DELIVERY OF NEW MACHINE, AFTER ONE MONTH, IT FOUND THAT THE DRUM IS LEAKING.]
