Microware is not working since 2nd day od Purchase

Sir,

I have purchased IFB microware from Mahavir Steel Shop from Pune on 17th october.

On second day of use the switch board strat sparking hence we called company executive who has asked us to change the switch board which we did immidiately.

After that also it is not working properly. Most of the functions are not working and again switch board star sparking the light.

We again called company executive, who said that this piece has fault you need to get it change with company. We are following up with that executive, many other members from company call center and the shop from where we purchased the microwave, but no use.

The shop keeper is saying this is company's responsibilites and we cannt do anything in this. Company is not ready to change the piece. They are suggesting that they will repair the fault, .

But why should I pay Rs.10000 for faulty piece and get it repaired?? Please help me..How do I need to proceed to complaint this? Shall I go to police Station?
