I had purchased ifb washing machine front load 7Kg on dt 05/05/09, SR NO-0820641210 from the very date i had complaint many times such as on 09/11/09 comp. no-3722894, comp. no- 1884374, dt-29/12/10 comp. no-5690088, dt- 15/3 comp. no-6057519 & many more.
Now again there is some problem in the machine & your executive demanding rs. 8000/- to repair its wiring.
fault in machine is not due to us or by our mistake
At the time of purchase, there are so many other brands was available and even in half prices, then also I choose your brand
But after using your machine & to see Rs. 8000/- repair charges, I don't feel satisfied.
It seems to be that I bought peanuts in Rs 28000/-
kindly do the needful, or suggest in how much amt. u can purchase it so that i will be able to purchase LG or SAM SUNG
