Spare part availabliity and poor customer service

I have an IFB washing machine model Eleana. We have made a complain to their customer care and the technicial had visited us 20 days back. The issue was when we turn on the washinc machine the electicity would in my home would trip. He came and said some rubber component needs to be replaced. He did not inform us by when it will be solved neither was the customer care number reachable. After a week and came and fixed. He did not even wait to see the issue was solved. He turned on the machine and said it is fixed. Even before he left my home the door had a issue. I had to call him immediately to fix it. On the first run post this the water was not getting drained. The customer support number is not working. I had to register a complain on line. As expected after 2 days the same technician comes and tells us some other component is damaged. We have been waiting for more than 10 days for them to tell us by when they will have it fixed. Inspite of numerous calls northing seems to be happening. My complain number is 5396645. I would atleast expect them to keep us posted on what is the progress. Hopeless service from IFB.
