No response inspite of A.M.C done w.e.f. 20/12 to 19/12

I wish to lodge a complaint regarding poor service inspite of AMC done w.e.f. 20-12 to 19-12. i made so many calls regarding poor health of my IFB washing machine Exe. Plus no. 005191.Why IFB service agent does not come inspite of doing AMC for one year. Please do the needful
