1. I AM AN ARMY OFFICER POSTED AT WELLINGTON, COONOOR NEAR OOTY.
2. I HAVE AN IFB WASHING MACHINE, MODEL ELENE DX WHICH IS A FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE BOUGHT IN 2009 & IS STILL UNDER 2 YRS WARRANTY PERIOD.
3. ALL MY PHONE CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE HAVE BEEN A SHEER WASTAGE OF MY EFFORTS & TIME & I HAVE BEEN PROMISED OF A PROMPT RESPONSE BUT TILL NOW NEITHER I HAVEN'T GOT ANY CALL FROM THE SERVICE AGENTS NOR HAS SOMEBODY COME TO ADDRESS MY PROBLEM.
4. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I AM MOVING OUT TO MY NEW DUTY STATION IN A WEEK SO I HAVE TO REPAIR MY MACHINE BEFORE I SEND MY LUGGAGE TO MY NEW PLACE OF POSTING WHICH IS A REMOTE PLACE IN INDIA & DOESN'T HAVE ANY IFB SET UP.
5. I THEREFORE REQUEST SOME URGENT ACTION TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. NO EFFORTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER SIDE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM HAS LED ME TO RESORT TO THIS ACTION.
