Ifb has the worse after sales service. PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY IFB PRODUCTS. they dont attend your complaints.mr anil (mobile no:9987392452) doesnt answer calls and is very rude. always they give lame excuses of part not being available. we had complained on 11th may as the belt of our dryer was to be replaced. till date nothing has been done. for few days the part was not available, then they told us they have received the part and the engineer will do the needful. still waiting. its been over a month. and this is not the first time. try to speak to seniors we get one mr anil who is very rude (i.e if he picks up your call) and he has i care a damn attitude.man really regretting buying an IFB machine.
