Dear Sir
I had purchased a IFB Microwave in 2009 with warranty till year 2012 (3 years), the microwave has been repaired (magnetron replaced) twice and it is not working properly, it makes a loud sound and does not operates all functions properly. Initially one engineer from IFB side came for inspection and he went back claiming that he will come back tomorrow. Since last one week no one has even bothered to call back or provide an update when the problem can be fixed. I would request some strict action taken against IFB for being negligent in providing support services. Either they should refund the entire amount which I have paid initially while purchasing the microwave OR they should fix the problem immediately.
