MICROWAVE ROLLER RING BROKEN AND LEG MISSING

We have purchased a IFB MICROWAVE from CROMA SHOWROOM AT SOMAJIGUDA on 27/02, on delivery of the microwave we were surprised to see that the roller ring is broken and the microwave leg is missing, sameday we approached CROMA and also lodged the complaint in IFB call centre. The store room manager of CROMA told that he will sort out within 24hrs but till date no response from him and when we called the call centre regarding the complaint shock to here that the it is already been closed without taking any action. The microwave is still lying in the CROMA SHOWROOM.

my money my time is waste undergoing a mental pressure for the follow up.

I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO HIRARCHY for the replacement of the defective equipment immediately.
