I registered my complain regarding non functioning of my microwave to the customer care of IFB on 21.09.2010. One of their executive visited my place on 25.09.2010. He assured that he will visit next Monday i.e.27.09.2010 and replace the defective part. After that day I do't have any information about what IFB is doing to rectify my microwave. My complan no is 514267 dated 21.09.2010. Today that is 12.10.2010 I again called the customer care no in the morning and narrated the whole episode and I was given a mobile contact no of one Mr Sanjay (9313779796). This no is not responding. Then again i called this same customer care and again told them about my problem. this lady again gave me another no of one Ms Pallavi Vohra (9310101149). When I tried this no again the same result "no response".
I am at a loss and don't know how to deal with the problem.
