IFB microwave oven with convection
Not received the starter kit

II had ordered a microwave (IFB) and i have received the product but not received the starter kit, which is still pending.

i had talked to the customer care several times but i was given false committment that it will be delivered soon but it hasnt been delivered.

can anyone assure me that at what time i will receive my remaining kit.
