This is to bring under your kind notice that I, Ashish Gupta have IFB-Neptune Dishwasher and it has sudddenly broken up due to some reason. We have been trying to fix it up but unable run it. It is causing my family some serious troubles. I am sorry to say but I am highly disappointed by your after sale services as despite of repeated complaints made to your customer care executives no action has been taken yet. This is my fourth complaint to you. Plz look into the matter and send across some executive ASAP to fix it to below mentioned address-
