My mebmership no. with india Today Book Club (ITBC) is ITBC 09997794. On 08.09.09, I got a mail offer from ITBC, for Philips DVD Player with Home Theatre System along with a free Gift of Beneton Watch, for a payment of Rs. 7, 598.00.As per the offer I made an online payment (with the help of the "link" provided in the mail) of Rs. 7, 598.00, from my A/c No. 234010100117418 with Axis Bank Ltd. I got a response from India Today Book Club, stating that the ordered items will be delivered within 14 working days on, 10.09.09. After waiting for 14 days I again contacted them to hear that I need to wait for" some more time". I waited for another 10 days to hear "apology" for the delay, stating that there was some mistake in the processing of my order and it will be delivered 'within 14 working days". I waited all this time to hear only "apologies", and hence I requested for a refund of my payment. Till tis time neither I received my Ordered items nor the refund.
Kindly interfere in the matter and arrnge to get a refund of my hard earned money.
