Duplicate parts in new purchased mobile

Sir i purchased a new mobile of intex IMEI NO. 910556400908018

this is in warenty. before some days i went to care centre (Meerut) to change the charging circuit

but they told that it is duplicate and they also destroyed its incoming voice speaker.

now they are denying that its there fault.sir plz help me and give me suitable suggestion.
