Poor quality of product and service

I have purchased 1 geyser of Inalsa in 2009 December from Spencers Lucknow. It had started problem of not functioning properly. Inspite of repeated complaints, nobody from the service centres had turned up. So I suggest everybody not to buy Inalsa products as their after sales service is just horrifying and embarassing. Actions should be taken against them...
