Sir, I am Arvind a Vodafone's U.P. Subscriber Having Mobile No. 9758689200. I want to say that Vodafone had deduct my a/c balance by ACTIVATING SMS SERVICE from THEIR SIDE on 26, May10.In This Regard I had REQUEST, its NO. was 2148782268 on 26, May10 itself. They are REFUSES TO REFUND my Balance by saying you have launch complaint.
