I have given order (Order no.112342399) for an E-phone as per their news paper ad. As I have found some deffect in the handset, I have returned the same to India times for replacement (Courier Bill TNT No. DO 420546811WW dtd.18/10). As I have made enouph calls to the India times customer care, They said the same handset canot be replaced and so they may refund the amount. Till now I have not received the refund. I have made several complaints (Ref. No.586423, 612343 623026) No response. I have sent several email complaints against which I have not received a single reply.
Therefore I am requesting your goodself to intervene in this matter and resolve the same at the earliest.
